I believe getting older isn’t just about surviving. It’s about thriving. I offer practical, evidence- based resources, to help Over 50’s get healthy, stay healthy and lead an active lifestyle.
Few people realise dietary requirements for people aged over 50 change dramatically, I’m concerned over 50’s believe nutrition is a one size fits all and what they ate in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s is what they need to eat now. I can tell you this could not be further from the truth. In fact the protein requirements of people aged 65 years and over is actually similar to what a 30 year old bodybuilder requires!
Many over 50’s could be decreasing the time they are able to maintain their independent lifestyle, for example by eating insufficient protein to maintain muscle mass which causes them to becoming susceptible to frailty and falls.
I want to work with people to make sure they are not just surviving but thriving! Allowing them to stay healthy and live an independent lifestyle for as long as possible!

Our Programs

Nutrition is a very important part of creating and maintaining good health at any age, especially for those Over 50. We have created programs to benefit all-round health, including strength training, and nutrition.

30 Day Nutrition Kick Starter

This plan is a 4-week intensive program designed for those wanting to get a complete health analysis to understand their current state of health. We will then assist you to build some basic knowledge around health and nutrition, to start you on your journey to health and wellbeing.

Initial Consultation

Individual sessions with our Clinical Nutritionist begin before you even arrive for your appointment. Firstly we analyse the new patient forms, you complete and return these before attending your initial appointment, this includes reviewing pathology (blood tests etc if required). You then arrive for your in person consultation where we discuss your health concerns in detail and complete a full health assessment (height, weight, blood pressure etc.). We will then design a nutrition and health plan to address your needs. A full report will also be sent to your GP.

Follow-Up Consultations

Change is never easy and we need someone on our side to keep us on track. In these Online or in-person sessions we will work together to ensure you have the tools and knowledge necessary to become a healthier you. Education and understanding is key to making continued progress with your health goals. We will continue to adjust and change as you make progress and as your health needs evolve. Together, we will overcome life’s hurdles with inventive approaches to keep you feeling motivated and empowered regardless of what is standing in your way.

3 Weekly 1/2 Hour Sessions

Following your Initial Consultation, you will have a 1/2 hour consultation each week for 3 weeks.

12 Week Nutrition Package

According to psychologists, it takes approximately 21 days of conscious and consistent effort to create a new habit. This 12-week intensive program is designed to generate momentum in your health journey, by going deep into resolving your key health challenges. You will create and begin to implement new supportive habits and lifestyle behaviours that will rebuild your health. This program is also the perfect length to address minor health challenges, to get on top of your symptoms, regain control over your health, and enable you to continue living life with confidence.

This program is for those who are totally committed to achieving their ultimate health goals! This is your complete health restoration experience with expert guidance and support every step of the way. The program will focus on creating, embedding and refining health habits and behaviours to support the deep process of health recovery, with lifestyle optimisation strategies. This program is the complete package to solve any complex health challenges, bring your Body, Mind and Health back into balance, and get you back to living life to the fullest.
(This program is highly recommended for anyone with complex or chronic health issues including but not limited to: High Blood Pressure, Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, IBS, Reflux, Diverticulitis, Anxiety/Depression, Autoimmune Disease, Metabolic Syndrome, Kidney or Liver Dysfunction, Allergies, Asthma, Arthritis, etc.)
