Over 50’s Health is excited to work with people who are conscious of their health. We know the benefits that a holistic approach including strength training, nutrition, cardio, and mental health can provide.
We help our clients become masters of their own health! By learning correct techniques when lifting weights to increase strength and change body composition and reducing the risk of injury mixed with a balance of cardio exercise to increase cardiovascular health. By providing education about nutrition and how food is fuel and how beneficial it is to look after your mental health.
Our Founder is a Powerlifter who holds multiple Australian Records, Oceania Records, and World Records, is an International Referee with World Powerlifting, and an accredited Powerlifting Coach under the NCAS and holds a Diploma in Sports & Exercise Nutrition.
We have a Team of Accredited Trainers and Coaches, covering all aspects of Strength Training, Personal Training, Clinical Nutrition, and support for your Heart and Mind Health.
